Equinox – homeWORD Project at Liberty Lane 2008-2009

PCI design and engineering--Equinox, HomeWORD Misosula

Project Overview:

PCI has completed design and provided construction oversight of the progressive Equinox project along the Clark Fork River at Liberty Lane, for HomeWord. A portion of engineering responsibilities included access, curb and sidewalk considerations along Liberty Lane as well as driveway, parking and drainage facilities on-site. In addition, over 800 feet of water main was installed to provide domestic and fire suppression water supply to the project. Construction completion is scheduled for 2009. A 10’ wide asphalt path was installed along the Clark Fork River and will eventually tie in with the City’s Clark Fork Northside Trail system.

PCI Engineering and Consulting--Frenchtown High School

 

Project Overview:

The Frenchtown Schools project included providing plan and detail drawings for drainage structures and grading around the new Junior High School, the Vo-Ed Building and new parking lots. Design included demolition, exterior pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalks and drainage structures. PCI also coordinated water, sewer, telephone, gas and electrical utilities for the school buildings. Grading and drainage plans and reports were submitted to the Missoula County Public Works Office for approval. The project was completed during 2008 with PCI overseeing the civil installations.

MISSOULA AQUATICS

MISSOULA AQUATICS FACILITIES 2006

PCI Engineering--Missoula Parks Aquatics Facilities

Project Overview:

The Missoula Aquatics project spanned three different locations including Marilyn, Franklin, McCormick and Playfair Parks. PCI coordinated work with MMW Architects and the City of Missoula. Scope of work included utility assessments, topographic surveys, site plan documents, parking facility design, grading and drainage design, as well as construction survey and oversight of facility installations. Design and work continued over several years and was completed in 2006.
